A New Game-Changing Mortgage Service
The Challenge
An established mortgage company needed visual and functional upgrades to an existing beta site for a new loan service business called LoanPal. To secure internal support and blunt competitive upstarts, the client requested a fast-track rollout.
our solution
Our team created a ground-up information architecture plan to make the user experience as simple as possible on all screens, and overhauled the visual design for a distinct look in a crowded marketplace. To articulate LoanPal’s offerings and POV, we also developed website copy and brand tag lines.
The Results
With 7FD’s help, LoanPal launched on schedule 8 weeks after the project kicked off and is now an active consumer loan destination.
